at St. Paul Civic Center on Aug. 6, 1982.

Everybody knows about the Hollywood Palladium show and DP 31 already, so how about some more 1982:

The Bertha>Minglewood opener rocks. Jerry sounds great on Candyman. Bird Song is excellent. Very solid 1st set.

Scarlet>Fire is the highlight of the show. Great playing, particularly on FOTM. GDTRFB really cooks. A great version. A wonderful Baby Blue to close the show as well. I suggest checking out the aforementioned tunes!

another great show that gets overlooked for the most part. the more deniro keeps pointing out shows on this 82 tour the more i think this summer 82 tour is worthy of a box set. it was my first full tour i attended and arguably the best i was at!!

Summer 82 is definitely worthy of a box set. Or at a minimum another release. There are only two 82 releases

8/10 is also a good show. for some reason when I started trading in early 80s '82s were some of my early board sources. Seemed rare later. St Paul & Iowa were among them and are now worn thin.

Easier to just make yer own box set. The images for all the posters, passes & tix are all there for the snagging. Stick them as album covers on your 'pod.

Yes, my infrequent-listener, 79 through 83 has many chair-killers for those who take some time to look. Perhaps not on the same technical level as earlier stuff, but the soul-shaking sledgehammer that Jerry would occasionaly whip out during these years had the potential to do permanent damage. Worth looking around a little for some of these nuggets.

Time to go look around for some tasty nuggets like you said
(I think I left em on the dresser).

im sure this is nothing compaired to some of the furniture
whos life has passed before their eyes around you my friend.
but I hope I done it right.

Damn good show!

Im a big fan of a well sung Tennessee Jed and this show definitely has one. The harmonies on "Baby wont you carry me!" sound so sweet
